As a family-owned and operated business, Let’s Meat Townsville is run by Russell and Maureen, who bring over 21 years of experience as owner/managers to the trade. Russell alone has nearly 34 years of hands-on experience as a butcher.

Our team of ten skilled staff members — Mitchell, Joe, Goeff, Lachy, Bianca, Jakob, Eden, Olivia, Russell, and Maureen — share over 80 years of industry expertise, delivering friendly service and premium meats that are second to none.

8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday
8.00am to 4.00pm on Saturday
9.00am to 3.00pm on Sunday
